Rejuviwell (formerly Face by Kate) offers aesthetic and wellness services tailored to each patient's individualized goals.  Kate M Reed, MSN, APRN-FPA, NP-BC is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in the field of Medical Aesthetics and Wellness

We offer medical aesthetic services including, injectables, medical grade skin products, and skin treatment services. Wellness services include vitamin, lipotropic, and NAD+ injections, IV services, health and hormone optimization. 

Face by Kate, LLC  dba Rejuviwell is located inside of Rejuviwell Suites in South Elgin. 

Please use our booking link at the top of the page to book and appointment with Kate in her South Elgin office. Please contact us with any questions or to inquire about in home concierge services or Chicago based services.

You will receive pre/post care information via email and in your portal prior to your appointment.

Please note for Filler appointments 

• No dental appointments are scheduled 2 weeks before or after treatment
• No Filler 4 weeks before or after any vaccinations
• Allow at least 2 weeks prior to any major events in case of bruising or downtime.
• If you have an active cold sore or have had one recently, please notify us to reschedule your appointment

Bruising is very common with any type of injectable due to the anatomy and vasculature of the face. To help minimize bruising with injectable appointments, we recommend:

• Stopping fish oils, vitamin e, and turmeric supplements
• NSAIDs, Aspirin, & blood thinners can potentiate bruising (if prescribed, do not stop taking without consulting with your prescriber)
• Avoiding alcohol for 72 hours
• Taking a supplement that can help reduce bruising such as arnica, bromelain, or sipping on some pineapple juice (yes, this works) in the days prior to your appointment.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance in the patient portal and/or by contacting our office. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

We currently accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle.

Kate wants to ensure that all of her patients are happy with their results. She will always book a follow-up appointment to address concerns with a previous treatment or result. 

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments results are not guaranteed and complications may occur as discussed prior to consent for treatment.

All sales are final. Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.
